- Works with multiple departments

- Improves auditing processes and efficiencies
- Conducts staff meetings and attends sales meetings
- Handles asset protection team communications
- Implements special projects for the asset protection team
- Performs and schedules Red Flag Merchandise and Cash audits
- Reviews and approves time sheets, mileage logs, expense reports
- Assures compliance to start time and travel policies
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, and orientating employees
- Maintains staff performance through training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining
- Increases professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Inventory auditing experience
- Retail experience in a convenience store environment
- Valid driver's license with no major offenses
- Willingness to travel and agree to occasional overnight travel
- Ability to follow state, federal, and company guidelines
- Proficient in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
