Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Native Advertising platforms.
Develop and utilize Custom Audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Work cross-functionally with other departments, including the creative team, to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals.
Research and test new audience segments and creative strategies to improve campaign results.
Continuously optimize and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to meet KPIs.
Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of social media strategies from concept to launch.
Perform other media buying tasks as required to support the overall advertising objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Native Ads campaigns on platforms.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and social media best practices to optimize conversions.
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
