Role Overview
- Be Sebotics' first technical lead in Germany
- Establish structures, build knowledge, and lay the foundation
- Learn, install, and document devices; create and deliver training materials
- Lead your own team, train new technicians, and ensure customers experience Sebotics quality
- Be on-site to train staff, resolve technical issues, and install equipment
Requirements
- Technical qualification (Mechatronics, IT, Electronics, or similar)
- Enjoy creating structure, taking responsibility, and building things from the ground up
- Strong communication skills — written, by phone, and in person
- A genuine hands-on, get-things-done mentality
- Willingness to travel (multi-day / multi-week assignments possible)
- Fluent German, good English
- A desire not just to be part of a system, but to build it
