About this role

Support and maintenance of running systems and the modernization journey in the context of web-based software development and its operation
Responsibility for the smooth operation and further development of our office servers and operational infrastructure
Support in designing our CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions
Develop and implement proposals for infrastructure adjustments
Advise Product Owners and Business Consultants on product enhancements

Degree or vocational training in computer science or equivalent professional experience
Several years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or IT System Administrator
Solid knowledge of Linux, virtualization (Proxmox), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI)
Experience in administration and operation of Windows Server solutions (e.g., AD, IIS, SQL Server)
Strong hands-on mentality, process understanding and a solution-oriented, structured way of working
Interest in independent, self-responsible work in a small team with a high degree of freedom to shape processes
Fluent German (at least C1) and very good English skills
