Role Overview
- Lead and execute all project phases for a variety of assignments: feasibility studies, programming and design
- Prepare regulatory dossiers (environmental code, permits, etc.)
- Full project management: construction supervision, coordination of stakeholders, client liaison
- 1D/2D hydraulic modeling for the sizing/design of flood protection structures
- Contractual and financial management: scheduling, budgets, quality control of deliverables
- Contribute to business development: preparing tender responses, providing technical support
Requirements
- Engineering degree in hydraulics and/or civil engineering (ENSE3, ENSEEIHT, ENGEES, INSA…)
- 8–12 years of experience in a consulting engineering firm on similar projects
- Proficiency with 1D/2D hydraulic modeling tools
- Knowledge of public procurement and the environmental regulatory framework
- Field-oriented, well organized, rigorous, and comfortable in client-facing and team situations
