Director of Vendor Relations – Events

Role Overview

• Lead the strategy and execution of Byrider’s national vendor ecosystem and key franchise events.
• Develop high-impact vendor partnerships that deliver measurable economic value to franchisees.
• Ensure successful planning and execution of corporate and franchise events that strengthen engagement.
• Partner closely with senior leadership, Franchise Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align strategies.
• Establish performance standards and drive accountability across vendor relationships.
• Manage vendor agreements, renewals, compliance requirements, and contract adherence.
• Develop and manage a Strategic Vendor Partner program, including defined criteria, designation process, and annual evaluation.
• Lead a structured Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with key vendors to assess performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, event leadership, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a multi-location or franchise environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or influencing contract negotiations and vendor strategy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
