Lead development and execution of integrated internal and external communications and marketing strategies that advance Touchstone Institute’s mission, reputation, and growth objectives.
Shape a clear, compelling organizational narrative and brand voice, ensuring consistency across digital channels, media, stakeholder communications, and events.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, funders, and government stakeholders, in collaboration with executive leadership and program teams.
Measure and report on communications, marketing, and engagement performance to continuously refine strategy and demonstrate impact to leadership.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, or related fields, including at least 3 years working at senior management level.
Experience in both nonprofit and for-profit environments is highly valued.
