Lead demand forecasting activities within the subregion and create a high-quality demand signal for the subregion.
Ensure effective communication to relevant stakeholders, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance.
Conduct Demand Planning and trend analysis by reviewing plans and identifying risks & opportunities.
Support product launches and create SKUs (product codes).
Utilize SAP/S4 HANA integrated business tool and create reports for sales vs. open orders and profitability analysis.
Provide analytical support for business planning, collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply departments.
Analyze forecast accuracy and adjust forecasting models as needed.
Lead internal monthly demand reviews with key stakeholders and participate in demand planning meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in demand planning or supply chain management; experience in the agricultural industry is highly desirable
Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level or higher), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong command of the MS Office suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel, as well as solid skills in Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
