Role Overview
- Conduct and support various customer projects in the area of SAP® SuccessFactors
- Analyze and implement customer-specific requirements in SuccessFactors
- Conduct workshops and end-user training for a wide range of clients
- Manage projects from initial implementation through post–go-live support
- Work in a highly motivated team with great passion, technical expertise and a sense of humor
Requirements
- Practical experience in using/consulting on SAP® SuccessFactors
- Current successful certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
- Solid expertise in HR processes and methodologies
- Ideally, experience in project management
- Customer-oriented with process-focused thinking and strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills (at least B2)
