Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through a results-driven approach
Define, plan and execute effective, creative Client Club events and other customer activities on a quarterly basis, tailored by region, industry and role
Own your local budget and annual roadmap to meet objectives for customer engagement, growth and advocacy
Align with internal stakeholders and regional department leaders to support objectives and market development
Develop long-term, trusted relationships with C-level executives, power users and key decision-makers at client organizations
Create compelling content to ensure each touchpoint and event delivers maximum impact
In partnership with the Customer Success team, help clients maximize their use of the platform and extract full value from the Contentsquare ecosystem
Build and maintain a network of committed client ambassadors for external reviews, feedback, speaking engagements, sales references and referrals
Support the creation and qualification of sales pipeline opportunities by ensuring customers understand the full range of Contentsquare’s features
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a relevant field or in a similar role
Self-starter with a genuine desire to create exceptional and meaningful customer experiences
Strong networking skills and a natural ambassador for the products you support
Comfortable initiating new insights and presenting them to senior leaders, executives and stakeholders
Creative problem solver, willing to experiment and engage diverse audiences
Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Project management experience and the ability to balance priorities across multiple stakeholders
Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Quick to learn and use tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com and Marketo
Fluent in professional French and English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel quarterly for regional roadshows or trade shows
A network within the SaaS and/or digital sector is a plus
