About this role

provide technical service support to customers when their machines are not performing
direct and assist customer personnel in the installation, start-up and training of Brenton machines and systems
provide engineering department with accurate updates on all changes made to machines in the field
be an integral part of the team for final checkout of machines assuring they are ready for shipment
be technically competent, mechanically and electrically, with the ability to move through and edit PLC and HMI programs easily

2-4 years of field experience
technical competence in mechanical and electrical assembly and troubleshooting
ability to work online with Rockwell PLC's and HMI's
Fanuc Robot experience and certification highly desirable
good verbal and written presentation skills
organized and good planning skills
good interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced production environment
