Role Overview
- Perform a broad range of analyses, including quantitative analysis of bank and customer data
- Responsible for retrieving data and efficiently performing moderate to complex HMDA and CRA analysis
- Develop and maintain various management reports
- Design and maintain key compliance management dashboards
- Perform comparative file reviews
- Evaluate exception reporting to assess risk and compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- 1 to 3 years related experience and secondary education preferred
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively
- Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy
- Prior experience or the ability to learn core transaction system, fair lending compliance software, Word, Excel
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.
