Manage the operation of the Virtual Power Plants we operate
Clarify requirements and constraints for integrating PV systems, wind turbines, battery storage and other controllable assets (e.g., communication protocols, connection options)
Integrate new assets into our customers' processes
Configure the Virtual Power Plants
Provide customer support to achieve optimal market participation and results
Support the preparation of control hardware for integration, particularly in wind turbines and battery storage systems
Analyze data in the event of technical malfunctions on assets to identify weaknesses
Analyze data to improve market potential and trading performance
Requirements
Completed engineering degree (MSc or BSc) or technical qualification with a background in mechatronics, automation engineering, or electrical engineering
Motivated by responsible tasks; able to work cooperatively in a team while also taking independent initiative
Enjoy working with a degree of autonomy and handle responsibilities reliably
Structured approach with strong analytical thinking skills
Comfortable using IT tools (e.g., Git, Microsoft Office, GitLab, ticketing systems such as ZOHO Desk, Markdown)
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Optional: knowledge of Python or an affinity for programming
Optional: knowledge of the energy sector is an advantage
