Regional Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview

• Provide level 1 maintenance support
• Work closely with site management teams and the Support Centre Helpdesk
• Ensure both reactive and planned preventative maintenance is completed efficiently
• Manage all maintenance works on site
• Complete PPMs (fire safety, H&S & compliance)
• Manage all external contractors
• Provide desk-based support for all Moto unit-based businesses
• Manage escalations between Moto business and 3rd party service providers
• Provide daily administration of financial reporting to Site Operations Managers and senior operations team
• Build a central source of known issues and procedures to assist the support process

Requirements

• Experience in all building maintenance disciplines
• Recognised mechanical or electrical qualification (e.g., 17th/18th Edition)
• HVAC familiar and/or qualified
• Ability to work at fast pace
• Recognise key priorities quickly
• Thrive on change
• Great service orientation
