Role Overview
- Ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements
- Leading and providing support to Project Regulatory Engineers, Site Engineers and Inspectors
- Defining, interpreting, verifying, and coordinating interfaces between legislation/regulators, client, and project team
- Identifying legislative, regulatory, and rules compliance throughout project lifecycle
- Coordinating and monitoring timely implementation of regulatory requirements during project phases
- Raising awareness of regulatory requirements among key personnel
- Identifying regulatory training requirements for project team
- Preparing regulatory handover packages for operations team
- Liaising to meet contractor regulatory objectives
- Tracking assigned actions and verifying completion of regulatory management tasks
- Managing reviews, findings, surveys, and audits for regulatory acceptance processes
- Reporting on regulatory management activities throughout the project cycle
Requirements
- 10 years experience in the offshore industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Naval Engineer
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
