Lead, provide support and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Group Functions, Operations, Construction, Commissioning Managers, and external partners.
Produce and manage FPSO E &S documents, including management plans, reports, and other key documentation.
Control tasks on SBM’s Action Tracker and assist the project team in expediting any late tasks.
Carry out audits of E &S plans across locations and PMT activities to verify compliance with E &S standards.
Review NCR (Non-Conformance Report) evidences related to E &S, issue corrective actions or nonconformity reports, and facilitate the closure of these issues.
Manage the interface with the Finance team, ensuring alignment on E &S-related financial matters.
Act as the focal point for E &S queries, providing guidance and support as needed.
Inform project personnel of their E &S responsibilities, ensuring full awareness and compliance within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
A Master's degree or professional certification in Environmental & Socioeconomics (e.g., Certified E&S Manager) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental & Socioeconomics, with a focus on global standards and multi-national operations.
Proven experience with E&S subjects in complex projects.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and understanding of the relationships with external regulatory bodies.
