About this role
Role Overview
The Senior Functional Analyst serves as the subject-matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional and non-functional requirements.
Communicate requirements clearly and produce artifacts such as BRDs, process flow diagrams, configuration workbooks, interface specifications, test cases, and UAT plans.
Monitor emerging technologies, SuccessFactors releases, compliance needs, and industry best practices; recommend improvements accordingly.
Lead and support testing activities, including defining UAT scope and validating new or updated system configurations.
Requirements
BA/BS in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
5+ years of experience supporting HR technology solutions in large or complex environments.
Experience delivering software and technology solutions and leading cross-functional efforts.
Experience with triaging and escalating using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Strong understanding of Compensation business processes.
