Engage in testing activities from early development stages through to release, ensuring quality, functionality, and smooth deployment
Perform manual testing of web applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, integrations (ChatGPT chatbot), and admin panel functionality (including permissions and feature changes)
Conduct API testing and validation using Postman
Analyze technical documentation to understand requirements, specifications, and expected system behavior
Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues, including participation in quarterly on-call rotations
Participate in planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming meetings to align scope, priorities, and timelines
Write and maintain test documentation (test cases and other QA artifacts)

3+ years of commercial QA Engineer experience;
Understanding of basic testing tools;
Experience testing web applications;
Experience writing test documentation;
Intermediate English level;
Attention to detail.
Strong understanding of client-server architecture and web application workflows
Strong understanding of software testing processes, SDLC, and methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
Experience in web, API (Postman), regression, smoke testing
Good knowledge of browser DevTools for troubleshooting
Practical experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Experience in log analysis (e.g., Graylog)
Experience in writing test documentation
Hands-on experience with test management systems (e.g., TestRail) and with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
Intermediate level of English proficiency.
