- Welcome and assist professional (PRO) customers in-store
- Propose services tailored to the needs of professional customers
- Handle sales and prepare quotes
- Provide after-sales service
- Actively support the professional customer loyalty program
- Take part in events aimed at professional customers
- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to performance optimization
- Promote and communicate the professional customer strategy to colleagues
- Promote and raise visibility of the PRO program
- Ensure high-quality self-service offerings
Requirements
- Knowledge of and curiosity about the professional market
- Proven experience working with professional customers
- Strong interest in retail and sales
- Passion for serving others and strong customer service orientation
- Rigour and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
