Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders and other Engineers to design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Work closely with teams across "Design & Build," "DevOps, QA, and Support," and consultant-led workstreams to deliver seamless solutions.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, features, and trends, bringing innovative ideas to the platform.
Address and resolve technical challenges, providing solutions that align with business objectives.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for technical designs, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, development tools, and best practices, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
Proven experience in designing and developing complex Salesforce solutions.
Experience in release management using both 2nd Generation Unlocked Packaging and SF DevOps tooling such as Gearset.
A track record of solving challenging technical problems and delivering robust solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, including Lightning components and App Builder.
Experience with third-party applications and integrations, such as marketing automation tools, Data Cloud, Einstein.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
Previous experience in a senior or lead role.
