Play a key role in monthly closing and reporting processes within the division in line with the policies and deadlines of the Group.
Control all accounting transactions and adjustments, especially payroll records.
Keep records of the variances between the reporting plan, forecast, and reporting/budget rules.
Provide financial and budget communication to the global finance team, management, and other teams.
Participate actively in weekly and monthly upper management presentations.
Create and improve operating policies.
Manage group tax and accounting team communications.
Improve control systems and create process-level controls to prevent errors in data collection, cost centers, and calculation.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of solid professional experience in financial controlling, audit, and accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivation with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures — CPA is a plus.
