You will assist in planning and coordinating transformation projects for our clients.
You will be the first point of contact for client-side project leads regarding the PRINCE2 methodology.
You will conduct 1:1 and group trainings for project leads on the PRINCE2 framework methodology and standards.
You will review the content of project plans, highlight reports, change requests, and final reports, and regularly collect feedback from stakeholders.
You will support the implementation of individual projects — whether in supply chain, finance, or setting up a client’s new foreign subsidiary.
You will prepare and deliver presentations to executives, supervisory boards, and staff on the status of projects/programmes.
Requirements
Initial exposure to PRINCE2 is an advantage; however, we will provide internal training in this framework.
As a Project Manager you will communicate regularly with a variety of people: friendliness, openness, and a degree of empathy are essential in daily work.
It is important that you treat conversation partners with respect and at eye level, regardless of position, age, etc.
It is essential that you are well organized and work in a structured manner.
Setting and adhering to priorities for yourself and others is one of your key strengths.
