About this role
Role Overview
- You will assist in planning and coordinating transformation projects for our clients.
- You will be the first point of contact for client-side project leads regarding the PRINCE2 methodology.
- You will conduct 1:1 and group trainings for project leads on the PRINCE2 framework methodology and standards.
- You will review the content of project plans, highlight reports, change requests, and final reports, and regularly collect feedback from stakeholders.
- You will support the implementation of individual projects — whether in supply chain, finance, or setting up a client’s new foreign subsidiary.
- You will prepare and deliver presentations to executives, supervisory boards, and staff on the status of projects/programmes.
Requirements
- Initial exposure to PRINCE2 is an advantage; however, we will provide internal training in this framework.
- As a Project Manager you will communicate regularly with a variety of people: friendliness, openness, and a degree of empathy are essential in daily work.
- It is important that you treat conversation partners with respect and at eye level, regardless of position, age, etc.
- It is essential that you are well organized and work in a structured manner.
- Setting and adhering to priorities for yourself and others is one of your key strengths.
- Do you consider yourself assertive? Then you have an ace up your sleeve.
