Reviewing incoming study protocols and sponsor requirements to assess what is technically feasible on Citrus, identifying complexity and risk early before build begins
Writing detailed technical specifications that translate protocol requirements into precise build instructions, working closely with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Medical to make sure nothing gets lost between design and delivery
Running the UAT process: setting scope and timelines, reviewing test scripts, working through findings with internal teams and sponsors, and deciding what needs to be resolved before a study goes live
Reviewing post-production change requests to assess their impact on data integrity, participant safety, and study endpoints, and determining what level of testing and sign-off is required
Staying across active studies throughout their lifecycle, evaluating the impact of platform upgrades, and triaging issues as they arise

You have ideally 5+ years' experience in a relevant role delivering clinical trials (e.g., Data Manager, Solutions Engineer, Trial Coordinator, Trial Manager); clinical trial start-up experience is highly valued
