Role Overview
Support investment due diligence, including information gathering, identifying key risks and gaps, managing timelines, and performing quantitative and commercial analysis
Draft and contribute to Investment Committee papers and transaction documentation
Conduct market and sector research across the North American VC & PE landscape to deepen understanding of target strategies and segments
Prepare for and participate in meetings with fund managers and co-investment targets, including detailed note-taking and follow-up analysis
Assist with portfolio monitoring and client reporting
Manage and maintain QPE’s CRM and deal flow systems, coordinating closely with global team members to ensure strong internal processes
Requirements
1–2 years’ post-graduate experience in management consulting (strategy or PE diligence), investment banking, investing, or a closely related analytical role
Strong analytical capability and financial modelling skills
Clear written and verbal communicator
Strong organisational and time management skills
Collaborative, self-starting mindset with the ability to work effectively across global teams
