Role Overview
- Create UX patterns that clarify why campaigns perform, how ads are delivered, and which signals drive optimizations
- Translate high-level product vision into detailed workflow models for advertisers, operators, and measurement users
- Define UX north stars and experience blueprints for critical user journeys and surfaces
- Lead end-to-end UX for ad-tech features
- Translate decisioning logic into explainable UI surfaces
- Represent complex mechanics through insights, notifications, and visualizations
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Investigate using both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product design and ad tech expertise
- Expert skills in UX and product design
- Advanced proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set your direction and communicate your approach
- Skilled at balancing near-term delivery with long-term vision
- Comfortable exploring and using emerging AI-powered tools to support the design process.
