About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure operational maintenance and evolution of infrastructures
- Integrate new software packages and implement updates
- Design installation packages
- Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on NDG workstations
- Conduct compatibility testing
- Integrate drivers and produce configuration guides
- Create and manage change requests
- Draft procedures and operational documentation
- Remediate and clean up environments to ensure compliance
- Lead and coordinate activities
- Provide Level 3 and Level 4 support
Requirements
- At least 10 years' experience in the same function
- Microsoft Power BI
- MS Windows / Microsoft Azure
- SCC / Ivanti / Intune
- Entra ID / Active Directory / Azure AD / GPO
- PowerShell scripting
- English
