Role Overview
- Serve as the business owner and strategic lead for the Scheduling & Capacity ecosystem
- Define the business vision, operating objectives, and success measures for scheduling and capacity management
- Act as the primary bridge between operations and technology
- Build and lead a community of excellence for scheduling and capacity management
- Monitor actual‑vs‑forecast performance, surface optimization opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations strategy, management consulting, business leadership, or product‑adjacent roles
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Experience working with technology, analytics, or AI‑enabled solutions
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
