Conduct requirements gathering with business areas, focusing on costing and profitability models
Translate allocation rules and costing logic into configurations within Oracle EPCM
Design and structure metadata (dimensions, hierarchies and allocation drivers)
Configure calculation, allocation and balancing rules in the EPCM environment
Support and execute data loads, ensuring data integrity and consistency
Perform functional and technical validations of allocation and profitability results
Develop queries, analyses and reports to support decision-making
Participate in integrated testing and lead or support UAT cycles with business users
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in implemented models
Ensure adherence to Oracle EPM ecosystem best practices

Proven experience implementing and/or configuring Oracle EPCM (EPCMCS)
Hands-on experience in EPM projects focused on costing, profitability or cost allocation
Experience gathering requirements and interacting with business areas (FP&A, Controllership, Costing)
Knowledge of data modeling and metadata definition in Oracle EPM
Experience with allocation rules, calculations and balancing in EPCM
Experience in data loads, data validation and reconciliations
Experience in integrated testing and UAT support
Analytical capability to validate complex financial results
Clear communication skills and a consultative approach
