Join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team as a Program Manager and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making at Aristocrat.
Lead all aspects of the planning, execution, and delivery of data initiatives.
Develop project charters, handle program plans, and ensure timely delivery across initiatives.
Set performance indicators and success benchmarks for primary data services and data product initiatives.
Translate detailed business requirements into precise technical scopes and user stories for data engineering teams.
Apply Agile principles to priorities and refine backlogs, run sprint ceremonies, and enable multi-functional partnership.
Partner with product managers, analysts, and data consumers to prioritise and develop reusable data assets and self-service capabilities that enable business innovation.
Maintain forward-looking roadmaps for platform capabilities and domain-specific data products.
Champion customer-centric and quality-focused delivery; measure business impact and usability of data products.
Collaborate with product leaders, data stewards, and governance teams to ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and ethical data use standards.
Develop leadership dashboards, presentations, and steering committee updates. Ensuring portfolio visibility, including project health and wins!
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with an equivalent qualification considered
8+ years experience working in a similar role
Expertise in coordinating a portfolio of initiatives, with the ability to consolidate, analyse, and report on program health, status, and impact.
A consistent record of applying Agile principles to drive iterative progress and adaptability.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project)
Ability to evaluate incoming requests, prioritise based on organisational needs, and make data-informed decisions.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple teams and collaborators, encouraging a collaborative and aligned environment.
Consistent track record to design, implement, and evolve PMO frameworks, or contribute to their development and maturation, focusing on portfolio management, process optimization, and standardization to ensure governance and delivery excellence.
Demonstrated experience improving PMO and program workflows using automation and AI‑enhanced processes. This includes using tools like Microsoft Power Automate and Agentic AI to streamline intake, governance, reporting, and cross‑functional delivery.
