10+ years of experience delivering complex IT initiatives
Strong record of hands‑on execution
Solid technical grounding in identity platforms, enterprise infrastructure, and application landscapes
Proven ability to work directly with engineers, architects, and vendors to drive outcomes
Experience operating in regulated or data‑sovereign environments; China experience is required
Clear, direct communication style with the ability to drive decisions and accountability
AI Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with AI fundamentals for apps utilizing generative AI features within China
