Assistant Academic Administrator

Role Overview

• Direct and coordinate educational, administrative and counseling activities of high school students
• Ensure conformance of educational programs to state and local standards
• Research and implement curriculum resources that meet state standards
• Supervise and evaluate teaching staff; manage teacher performance and provide training
• Interface with students, families, local Municipal Court systems, and local districts regarding compliance

Requirements

• Previous Supervisory Experience
• Bachelor's degree AND Five (5) years of educational experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency
• Ability to travel 20% of the time for meetings, professional development, etc.
