Translate client needs into technical specifications and lead the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel-based reporting.
Apply data visualization best practices and advanced analytical techniques to build insightful, interactive, and actionable dashboards that support decision-making.
Utilize agile and other delivery approaches while embedding QA reviews, mid-development validations, and unit testing to ensure reliability of BI solutions.
Collaborate with project leads and clients to refine reporting needs, provide updates, and present results through compelling data stories and visualizations.
Manage and support BI/reporting developers, mentor junior associates on visualization techniques, and ensure smooth task execution across teams.
Deliver clear, visually driven presentations and dashboards tailored to stakeholders.
Stay updated on new Power BI/Tableau features, adopt emerging visualisation trends, and continuously optimise dashboards for better usability and impact.

2–4 years of relevant experience in Power BI/Tableau
reporting, and analytics projects (consulting experience preferred).
Exposure to medium-to-large scale technology/BI solution delivery environments.
Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams with flexibility to support multiple projects.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations.
Strong expertise in SQL for querying, data analysis, and report development.
Familiarity with data pipelines, data quality, and DBMS fundamentals.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with modern BI platforms.
Understanding of data modeling concepts, BI data management best practices, and analytics methodologies.
Basic exposure to cloud BI environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and distributed data systems.
Foundational programming knowledge in Python or similar scripting languages (for analytics/automation).
