About this role
Role Overview
Design and manage sales incentive plans that motivate teams and align with business goals
Build and maintain performance dashboards (Power BI / similar) to provide clear, actionable insights
Lead on territory planning and quota setting, using data to ensure fair and effective coverage
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to influence commercial strategy
Continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting to enhance decision-making
Requirements
Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical roles
Strong skills in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
A solid understanding of revenue, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
The ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
