Production of video ads and VSLs for paid social—primarily for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Post-production of performance video ads (UGC, talking-head, VSLs) for paid social (particularly Meta) with a clear focus on conversion, hooks, and retention
Developing storytelling across the entire ad narrative using targeted editing, music, sound effects, and B-roll to create emotional triggers
Color grading and visual refinement of creator footage into high-quality, platform-optimized, performance-driven ad creatives
Planning, executing, and post-processing selected video shoots (2–3x per year), including briefing and quality assurance
Managing 1–2 freelancers and actively using AI tools for video, B-roll, and creative production, including integrating new AI workflows
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in video editing/post-production, including at least 1–2 years in performance marketing or paid social
Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and solid experience editing performance ads, UGC formats, and social media creatives
Strong technical knowledge of camera, audio, and lighting, with a commitment to overseeing visual quality end-to-end
Experience with AI video and image tools (e.g., VEO3, Grok Imagine, Nano Banana Pro) and a high willingness to test and establish new tools and efficient workflows
Native-level German and at least B2-level English, plus a compelling portfolio with relevant paid-ad projects
