Lead the delivery and strategic direction of tax technology initiatives.
Oversee project scope, governance, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple engagements.
Provide functional and technical leadership on complex tax technology projects.
Ensure successful implementation of enterprise-level solutions, from requirements analysis through to deployment, while maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and cost control.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, strengthening relationships and partnerships.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience in tax technology, including implementation of enterprise tax solutions (e.g., Vertex, Sabrix, Taxware).
Strong understanding of transaction tax processes and integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE).
Experience leading complex projects and managing client relationships.
CPA and/or PMP certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, etc.) preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Experience working with ERP systems and tax technology integrations preferred.
