Responsible for performance against sales targets in assigned territory.
Develop thoughtful territory account and business plans to implement sales strategies and tactics for gedatolisib to achieve or exceed revenue targets, working closely with sales leadership and commercial partners.
Identify and mitigate barriers to access directly and in partnership with appropriate commercial partners such as Market Access and Marketing.
Present gedatolisib in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner, helping customers understand the benefits and appropriate use of the product.
Develop strong and long-term relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, including Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs, to execute territory strategies and tactics that drive the successful commercialization of gedatolisib.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Scientific or business degree a plus.
Five plus (5+) years of sales or similar customer-facing experience such as key account management, market access, and thought leader engagement.
Three plus (3+) years of strong results-oriented sales performance in oncology biotech or pharmaceuticals.
Demonstrated consistent track record of success as a top sales performer.
