Skillfully negotiate lease terms and provide thorough explanations of leases and related documents to new tenants
Performs leasing activities in accordance with applicable laws to maximize housing occupancy
Collaborate with underwriting and leasing teams to navigate applicants through the leasing journey
Stay informed about our company’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance and up-to-date practices

A High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of three (3) years of related experience required
A valid State Real Estate License is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required
Outstanding communication abilities and analytical skills to solve problems effectively
Ability to build relationships, organize tasks, and deliver top-notch customer service
