Lead a variety of initiatives ranging from product-related technical projects to quality improvement
Develop detailed project plans and manage schedules, milestones, and cost tracking
Coordinate the execution of tasks with cross-functional teams
Set up and facilitate project governance meetings
Foster effective cross-functional collaboration and create a results-oriented team dynamic
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project
Manage scope changes, prioritize tasks, and proactively address risks and roadblocks

University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
5–7 years of project management experience, including significant experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within cross-functional teams
Strong planning, coordination, and project execution skills
Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals
High results and quality orientation, with the ability to deliver efficiently under pressure
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
Bilingual French and English: To serve clients and external service providers across Canada and USA
