About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure the efficiency of all activities related to product development
- Manage development projects within the Product Development Process (PDP)
- Manage activities related to product release/change processes
- Coordinate activities for customization projects
- Work closely with the R&D Director and their team
- Interact with Marketing and Production departments
- Update project plan elements according to project evolution
- Monitor and control phase gate reviews for each PDP phase
- Report project status to the Vice President
- Support continuous quality improvement activities
Requirements
- Master’s degree (equivalent to French Master 2) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with a management component, or equivalent experience
- 4–5 years’ experience in project management and/or product development in technical environments
- Fluent in French and English, excellent written and verbal skills
- Sound judgment and strong prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Highly organized, methodical, and efficient
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Autonomous and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
- Leadership, charisma, and strong communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate stakeholders to deliver projects and achieve objectives
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Proficiency with Agile methodology
