Implement the Ansible automation platform
Assist in feasibility studies for use cases and Ansible modules to create playbooks
Ensure that service reliability meets user needs
Use software and systems engineering to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems
Interact with IaaS and SaaS cloud providers and internal stakeholders
Participate in an on-call rotation within a geographically distributed team to provide 24x7 production support
Practice sustainable, blameless incident response and post-mortems
Work within a small agile team to develop and improve SRE methodologies
Act as a trusted advisor to our clients and apply critical thinking skills
Train and mentor team members in technical and non-technical skills

Hands-on experience developing Ansible playbooks
Practical experience with bash scripting on Linux
Knowledge of and some experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
Experience with another Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution is also considered
Hands-on experience using cloud as a development environment
Strong technical skills and experience designing and implementing automation solutions
Practical experience developing applications using Agile methodologies
Ability and desire to learn new technologies independently and apply new concepts to problems
