About this role
Role Overview
- As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be working cutting-edge AI/ML solutions across the organization
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Facilitate agile transformation within the team, training them on agile concepts
- Work with multiple stakeholders and facilitate agile ceremonies
- Generate and publish reports providing visibility of work done by team to senior management
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of proven working experience as Scrum Master in FinTech world (preferred exposure to AI)
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, XP) and Agile / Lean practices
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Proven experience in facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration
- Scrum master certification
- SaFe certification
