Refine backlog items with the team, ensuring business requirements agreed with stakeholders are detailed, use cases and clear acceptance criteria are defined, and basic estimates are provided.
Identify initial product risks or issues and escalate them transparently.
Collect and organize user and partner feedback as input for initial discovery activities.
Assist with simple interviews and validations under the guidance of the design team.
Occasionally support simple market analyses, such as desk research and benchmarks.
Record learnings and evidence to support future decisions.
Monitor basic product usage and satisfaction metrics.
Share learnings and improvement signals with the team, supporting operational decisions.
Communicate with operational stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, dependencies, and status.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or technologist degree in related fields (Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Design, or similar).
Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in product or technology, with exposure to agile methods and requirements specification.
Preferably experienced in using the following tools: Azure DevOps, Power BI, Microsoft Clarity.
