Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring continuity and quality of our software solutions.
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in collaboration with our teams and clients.
Monitor application health, fix defects, and contribute to ongoing improvement of the solutions.
Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients (errors, incidents, usage, security).
Document and maintain the technical knowledge base.
Develop and maintain solutions with our project teams, applying development best practices and participating in code reviews.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years' experience in software development and application support.
Strong experience with IT support management processes and tools (ITSM).
Proven experience with Java and the Spring framework.
Good knowledge of databases and SQL.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiar with continuous integration, continuous deployment and DevSecOps culture.
Efficient working in Linux via the command line, including log extraction, service administration and application configuration.
Experience with web technologies such as TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, Angular or React is a plus.
Proficient in written and spoken English (C1 level). German is an advantage.
