Role Overview
- Shape our core AI framework and backend, taking full ownership of backend features
- Build scalable, secure and high-performance systems integrating with AI
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams
- Build robust backend services for AI systems (RAG, model orchestration, vector databases)
- Design scalable APIs integrating LLMs and AI workflows
- Ensure security, observability, and performance across our infrastructure
- Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and testing
- Participate in architecture and tech stack decisions
- Document and share technical knowledge
- Drive continuous improvement of our AI platform with innovative solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js + TypeScript stack (NestJS/React)
- Hands-on experience (or strong familiarity) with AI/ML integration (LLMs, RAG, or similar)
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, scalability, and security best practices
- Experience with databases, authentication, and cloud platforms
- Familiar with CI/CD, Git workflows, and agile methodologies
- Strong technical communication
- Agile mindset focused on product and business value
- Ability to document and defend architectural decisions
- Balance between code quality and delivery speed
- Technical English required
