Role Overview
- Monitor and ensure the quality of accounting deliverables to clients
- Review and validate financial statements
- Conduct monthly client meetings to present results and key indicators
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose solutions to increase efficiency
- Monitor operational KPIs (service, quality, and deadlines)
- Support the organization and evolution of support routines
- Contribute to the structuring of recurring accounting products and the generation of client value
- Strong experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements (Income Statement
- DRE, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement)
- Proficiency in tax regimes (Lucro Real, Lucro Presumido, and Simples Nacional)
- Experience with accessory obligations (ECD, ECF, and other fiscal and accounting routines)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Intermediate Excel
- Office Suite
- Solid professional experience in the area
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication and ability to work in a team
- User-level proficiency with technology
