About this role
Role Overview
- Provide end-to-end consulting to our customers on Microsoft 365
- Planning, implementation and optimization of M365 solutions
- Support and oversee migration and rollout projects
- Prepare governance, permission/access and operational concepts
- Technical design, documentation and effort estimations (e.g., for tenders)
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Provide operational support
Requirements
- Professional experience, degree or vocational training in IT
- Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, especially collaboration (Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, OneDrive and Exchange Online) as well as M365 Security & Compliance (e.g., Entra, Conditional Access, Purview)
- Experience in migration or rollout projects for M365
- Knowledge of Intune / endpoint management
- Administration experience
- Structured and independent way of working
- Good communication skills and a quick grasp/fast-learning ability
- German (spoken and written) C2; English at least B2
