Leading local Taste Commercial Triangle
Taking a proactive approach to competitor/pricing/promotion analysis to ensure Electrolux position is optimized to gain market share and drive profitable growth at all times
Providing continuous feedback to CA Product Line relating to local needs
Ensuring Commercial Area product life cycle management, including Phase-In/Phase-Out, PNC levels and commonality
Monitoring market and competitor environment, providing input & feedback to CA Product Line for new product development
Building strong cross-functional relationships with key customers to ensure a fully rounded category management approach is taken to the ranging cycle and activation plans
Using Consumer Star data to constantly improve average star ratings and thus drive better consumer experiences across all product groups
Raising and managing local compliance issues
Planning and execution of commercial launches
Promotional planning and campaign deployment
Requirements
Higher education (university degree) in Economics, Business, or a related technical field
Around 5 years of experience in product management or similar role
Home appliances market knowledge
MS Office (Word, Excel with Pivot tables, PowerPoint)
Analytical and strategic thinking, strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Leading people and processes
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Fluent in English and Lithuanian or Latvian or Estonian (written and spoken)
Highly developed leadership skills as well as team-player with good relationship building skills
Target‑driven, highly organized, energetic and comfortable working with deadlines.
