Manage and execute infrastructure changes (change management), ensuring adherence to corporate processes.
Monitor and support critical infrastructure services, ensuring availability, performance, and operational continuity.
Play a leading technical role in technology evolution projects, assessing impacts and supporting the implementation of new solutions.
Provide technical support to junior analysts, serving as a technical reference on infrastructure topics.
Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and records in corporate ITSM tools.
Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams to continuously improve the technology environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Proven experience in corporate IT infrastructure.
Experience with hybrid infrastructure environments (on-premises and cloud).
Experience administering Microsoft services (AD, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune).
Strong knowledge of corporate networking, segmentation, and advanced troubleshooting.
Experience with virtualization and datacenter environments.
Familiarity with ITSM processes, incident management, and change management.
Analytical skills for structured diagnosis of complex problems.
Good technical communication and ability to interact with multiple teams.
Experience with EDR, endpoint security, and corporate protection tools.
Knowledge of Netskope or similar access security and corporate traffic protection solutions.
Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability for critical environments.
Experience with VMware / enterprise virtualization.
Experience automating administrative routines (PowerShell or scripting).
Certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, cloud, or Information Security.
Experience participating in war rooms and managing critical incidents.
