Role Overview
- Manage and monitor procedural deadlines;
- Monitor publications in official gazettes (e.g., Electronic Justice Gazette);
- Organize and monitor legal calendars and schedules;
- Handle distribution and follow-up of case-related filings and demands;
- Ensure proper flow of internal processes and compliance with deadlines;
- Maintain and update legal case management and procedural tracking systems;
- Support standardization of processes and improvement of operational routines.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed)
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
- Previous experience with legal controllership routines (a plus)
- Knowledge of civil procedure and procedural workflows
- Experience with electronic court systems (PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, Eproc, etc.)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good time management skills
- Good communication and ability to work in a team
