Build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end machine learning models (decision trees, Bayesian models, clustering, for example) to drive personalization, recommendations, inventory optimization, and logistics\n
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and ops to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions\n
Ideate and brainstorm with Operations Research Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts to continually enhance and drive the ML roadmap forward\n
Own the full ML pipeline: from data exploration and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and productionization\n
Write clean, production-ready code with an emphasis on reusability, performance, and reliability\n
Stay current with the latest trends and techniques in machine learning and apply them pragmatically to real-world problems

5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning engineering\n
Strong foundation in statistical modeling, classical ML algorithms, and predictive modeling\n
Demonstrated ability to technically lead a diverse group of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.\n
Proficiency in Python, C++, and ML libraries (e.g.,pandas, NumPy, XGBoost, LightGBM).\n
Experience with building, deploying, monitoring and maintaining models end-to-end in production environments\n
Experience with A/B testing models and continuously improving model KPIs based on results.\n
Comfortable with AI-native approaches to problem solving and engineering.\n
Comfortable pair programming and working collaboratively in remote team environments\n
Clear communication across technical levels and comfort working with diverse peers\n
Familiarity with Databricks and Spark\n
Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, grocery, or subscription-based B2C models
